Aquis Farm’s boom second-year stallion Spill The Beans continues to impress with a team from Atlas Stallions and McKeever & Ferguson Bloodstock recently visiting our New South Wales and Queensland properties as part of preparations for his first season in the northern hemisphere.
The team visited our Hunter Valley property before heading north to visit “STB” and his first crop of foals at his home in Canungra.
The undefeated two-year-old and G2 winning sprinter at three was Australia’s most popular first year sire in 2016. He will head to The National Stud Newmarket in the UK later this year under a reverse shuttle agreement brokered by Billy Jackson Stops of Atlas Stallions.
“We just can’t wait! Every time we come and see him we get more and more excited. He’s such a good specimen. Physically he’s almost perfect!” Billy said following this week’s inspections.

The visit by Billy and the Atlas team followed a lunch with some of our partners and clients at Aquis Farm HQ last week to inspect Spill The Beans’ foals.

Spill The Beans will be the first son of current Australian Champion Stallion sensation Snitzel to stand in Europe. Snitzel has equalled Danehill’s single season record of 26 Australian Stakes-winners and in the process set a new Australian record for stallion earnings in a season with AU$16.2 million.
A northern hemisphere fee for Spill The Beans will be announced at a later date.
