Aquis Impress at Inglis Easter

In Bloodstock & Breeding, Farm News, Industry News & Views by Ben Ready

With 14 yearlings selling in Book 1 at the 2018 Inglis Australian Easter Yearling Sale in Sydney last week for an aggregate $3,545,000, Aquis made a highly desirable impression at Riverside Stables to finish in the Top 10 vendors by aggregate.

Our top seller was a Snitzel colt from stakes-winner Cariad that made $600,000 to the bid of Anthony Freedman Racing.

Cariad will visit Snitzel’s Group I winning son Invader this spring, so will produce a three-quarter sibling to his cracking colt next year.

Not far behind was the Pierro colt from Bellevue Girl that made $400,000 when bought by G Waterhouse / Blue Sky Bloodstock (FBAA) / Rifa Mustang / Raffles Racing.

We congratulate all buyers and wish everyone the best of luck going forward.
